Our 10-Year Vision

Ten years from now, Nutmeg State Property Holdings LLC will be known as a trusted, community-minded housing provider across Connecticut, with a portfolio of well-maintained, affordable properties that give working families real stability and dignity. Our impact will be measured not just in doors owned, but in tenants who stay for years, kids who don’t have to switch schools every few months, and neighborhoods that feel safer and more cared for because we consistently invest in repairs, upgrades, and curb appeal instead of cutting corners.

We will have built a repeatable model for acquiring underused or distressed properties and turning them into clean, safe, energy-efficient homes—creating win-wins for residents, local contractors, and lenders. By treating tenants with respect, offering fair screening and transparent communication, and keeping rents as reasonable as possible while still running a healthy business, we’ll demonstrate that small local landlords can be both profitable and ethical. In doing so, Nutmeg State Property Holdings will help raise the standard for housing quality in our markets and open the door for future investments and partnerships that keep more properties in the hands of responsible, mission-driven owners.

Our Why

My “why” comes from seeing up close how unstable housing creates chaos in people’s lives. Growing up and even as an adult, I’ve watched friends, family, and neighbors bounce from place to place because of sudden rent hikes, poor living conditions, or landlords who simply didn’t care. It’s hard to build a life, focus on work, or raise a family when you’re constantly worried about where you’ll live next month.

Nutmeg State Property Holdings LLC is my way of attacking that problem directly. I want to create safe, clean, and fairly priced homes where tenants feel respected and rooted, not disposable. At the same time, I’m driven to build long-term generational wealth for my family through real estate—but to do it in a way that actually helps the communities I invest in instead of draining them. My “why” is to prove that you can be a responsible, profitable property owner and still lead with integrity, empathy, and long-term thinking—and to leave behind a tangible legacy of better housing and stronger neighborhoods in Connecticut.
